Hey there Thomas!
I'm very sorry to hear about your butter. The first time I received an email from you after you ordered a product, it was somehow flagged as spam so I whitelisted your address so we would receive future emails. I just looked through our email box to be sure and I do not see any emails from you about the separated butter. Can you please let me know how you contacted us about the issue so that I may make sure that we're receiving notifications and not losing your emails due to automated spam filters?
If you would like a replacement of the butter due to the inconvenience and lost product, please reach out to me directly at email@example.com
and I'll get you squared away. I have also included some instructions below that will help remedy this issue should you ever experience it in the future.
During the summer this separation is fairly common with our solid products, since products may sit in a hot mail truck or in your mailbox all day during the summer heat. All you have to do is take the lid off and pop it in the microwave for 10 second increments until it's completely liquefied. Once it is, toss it in the fridge for 10-30 minutes so it re-hardens and it'll be good as new. Just be sure not to heat it too long as the fragrance may evaporated if heated too much after it fully liquefies.
